Thinking about it

How do I stay calm when everything around me feels chaotic?

Chaos outside does not always have to become chaos inside.

Even in the middle of intensity, you can stay completely attentive to what is in front of you. Calmness is not about stopping what is happening, but about how you show up within it.

From the Mahabharata

In the middle of war, when everything is intense and overwhelming, Krishna pauses to tend to the horses. He removes the arrows and cares for them with full attention. Even in chaos, his mind is steady and focused on what is needed in that moment.
